Private Sessions and Classes...

Body Mind Wellness Inc.uses four modalities to assist individuals toward finding the key to their potential and opening the doors of opportunity.  These modalities include: meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy and NLP.  

Meditation:

Meditation is a state of pure consciousness.  Relaxed and aware, meditation clears the mind, expands intelligence, initiates compassion, and bliss.  There are over 100 ancient meditation techniques that exist.  Most stress management tools are associated with these meditations.  BMW Inc. uses both historical and modern methods to meet the needs of each individual or group.  Modern methods may include elements of humanistic psychology as well as movement, breath, and sound.  Guided mediations can be given in session by appointment upon request. Group Meditations are ongoing weekly. 

     

    Hypnotherapy:

    Hypnotherapy  re-directs the focus of both the conscious and sub-conscious minds. The conscious mind represents no more than 5% of our brain's capacity and is therefore limited for execution and comprehension. When the subconscious mind learns, the conscious mind relaxes while the attention of the sub-conscious mind is stimulated which allows access to the remaining 95% or more of our brain's potential.

    In this way the sub-conscious mind, which is responsible for generating breathing, circulation, digestion, etc., easily accepts desirable suggestions that can be used to invoke change in almost any aspect of an individual's life. The sub-conscious mind never accepts suggestions that are outside of what an individual desires. Desirable suggestions are permanently integrated into the mind and/or body and allowing for effective change to be made in any area. Behavior modification is automatic and does not require the ineffective use of conscious willpower.

    NLP:

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) directly translated means the language of the mind. It is based on the principle that each person has a unique way of communicating. The techniques of NLP determine how an individual communicates and uses that information to make indirect suggestions to the subconscious mind. NLP can be done while a person is completely conscious.

     

    Yoga:

    Yoga means union. The techniques of yoga help to balance and well being to the body and mind.  It joins the creative and intellectual aspects of the mind. Private classes give the individual attention that is needed for a practitioner at any stage in their yoga practice. Check back soon for upcoming classes.
